Softchip is dust extracted. This minimises dust levels in a stable environment and is essential when maintaining peak health and fitness. Dust extracted bedding will also help prevent respiratory problems. A healthy respiratory system is important for all horses and of course humans too.

Softchip is produced from softwood timber. This guarantees a naturally warm, soft and comfortable bed with a superb pine fresh odour. The bed is stable under foot with very little movement.

Softchip is free draining yet absorbent allowing urine to drain away from the surface to be held in the lower layer of the bedding and so keeping your horse nice and dry, any droppings can be easily lifted off the top of the bed with a fork or by hand with gloves.

Less Softchip will be wasted as it does not cling to droppings, so the muck heap will be smaller. Softchip won't blow about either, so you will spend less time mucking out and sweeping the yard.

Softchip won't cling to manes, tails and rugs meaning less time grooming, and more quality time with your horse.
